The collective West will inevitably recognize the Russian status of new regions of the Russian Federation, says the head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.
In his interview with RIA Novosti, he stressed that Russia is fighting to establish “clear and equal rules” in the international arena and that in the end it will achieve its goal.
“Two years ago, on September 30, the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, after referendums, officially became part of Russia.” – the governor recalled.
He expressed his conviction that in the new world system Russia will have all of its constitutional territories recognized.
The politician also noted that the actions of the West discredited the international legal system and ultimately destroyed the Yalta Peace Treaty, established by the victorious countries after World War II.
