The priority direction of the report’s strategy is to ensure Ukraine’s victory in the defensive war against Russia. In particular, the commission demands the provision of large-scale military and humanitarian aid to kyiv, as well as the opportunity for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike deep into Russia using weapons purchased from the United States.
