The Criminal Court Number 4 of Cordoba sentenced a neighbor of Baena as the perpetrator of a crime attack and three minor injuries against two civil guards and a local police officer, imposing a sentence of six months in prison, as well as compensation to the officers for the injuries caused.
As indicated in the judgment and reported by the Unified Association of Civil Guards (AUGC) of Córdoba, the events took place in July 2022, when the accused was detained at the judicial headquarters of Baena and, while he was taken to inside these premises. , he attacked the two civil guards guarding him, throwing them kicking, headbutting and elbowing them, insulting and threatening them with expressions such as: “I shit on your dead, you and your families must cry tears of blood, they will catch you in the street”.
When they were about to transfer him to the local police headquarters in Baena, he kicked and spat on a local policeman, to whom he also threatened, saying “they will catch you, they will will put in a room and they will take until the end. number from you.” of the DNI, that they will hit you fagot”.
