1,500 students from Murcia and Alicante’s Vega Baja strengthen ties with 16 countries on World Wellbeing Day

As part of a global wellness initiative, more than 1,500 students from El Limonar International School (ELIS) ​​​​in Murcia and Villamartín (San Miguel de Salinas, Alicante) participated in the Global Be Well Day with 90,000 students from all over the world. This event, which is celebrating its sixth edition, had the theme “Giving”, emphasizing the importance of the link between education and well-being and the importance of knowing how to give one’s time and care to others to create more communities. . compassionate and connected.

During the day, students and education staff took part in activities designed around the Cognita Wellbeing Framework, an international group to which these schools belong. It is a six-step methodology based on holistic research for promote sustainable health. The Wellbeing Impact Hour allowed participants to dedicate their time to connecting and supporting their communities, inspiring change locally and globally.
