Iranian Foreign Ministry issues new threats against Israel

Iran has issued new threats against Israel, saying that none of its “criminal acts” will go unanswered.

This was reported by The Times Of Israel.

This was announced by the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Nasser Kanaani, at a weekly press conference. The reason for this statement was the recent assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) deputy commander Abbas Nilforoushan as a result of an IDF airstrike in Beirut.

The commander of the Iranian army, Major General Abdul Rahim Mousavi, also threatened, saying that Hezbollah’s flag has never been lowered and thanks to the blood of every martyr it rises higher.

He added that “Nasrallah’s blood will write the end of the Zionist entity and its masters.”

Mousavi emphasized that the liquidation of Nasrallah will supposedly “only strengthen the resistance, and in the future Hezbollah will raise its flag even higher than today.”

Iranian authorities have strongly condemned the killing of two key figures with close ties to the Islamic Republic. Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, for many years led the Iranian-backed terrorist group, which received significant resources and weapons from Tehran.

The death of Nilforoushan, commander of the Quds Force, responsible for IRGC operations outside Iran, was another blow to Iranian interests in the region.

Previously, Kursor wrote about why Iran blamed the United States for Nasrallah’s liquidation.

The expert believes that this is not due to Tehran’s desire to avoid a conflict with Israel.
