In the first qualifying round of the 2024/25 Azerbaijan Cup football season, which will be held on October 12 and 13, 14 clubs from the II Liga will participate.
Oku.Az reports that 5 clubs from the National Premier League and 10 clubs from League I will start the competition from qualifying phase II. The five best from last season will wait for the round of 16.
It should be noted that the owner of the cup will be known on June 1, 2025.

Today the draw ceremony for the new season of the Azerbaijan Football Cup takes place.
Oku.Az informs that representatives from the Premier League, First League and Second League will participate in the draw.
In total 34 clubs will participate in the tournament.
