An empty carriage of a freight train derailed at the Tikhonovo station in the Mendeleevsky district of Tatarstan. This was reported by the press service of the Kuibyshev Railway.
“At the Tikhonovo station of the Kuibyshev railway, an empty car of a freight train derailed. Traffic is temporarily suspended. “Passenger trains are expected to be delayed.” – the message said.
Recovery trains were sent to the site to eliminate the consequences of the collapse. Now the reasons for what happened are becoming clear. It is noted that no one was injured as a result of the incident.
