“The first transfer to the city of Aghdam is planned for autumn next year.”
This was stated to “Report” by the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Agdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend regions, Emin Huseynov.
He pointed out that the State has created all kinds of conditions for citizens transferred to the liberated areas:
“These works continue as planned within the framework of the “1st State Program for the Great Return”. To this end, we plan the appropriate sequence of employment and infrastructure issues.”
He noted that construction work is currently underway in three villages in Agdam:
“President Ilham Aliyev The last time he visited Agdam. Currently, restoration and construction work is underway in three villages: Kangarli, Khidirli and Saricali. In the village of Bash Garvand, together with Slovak specialists, work on the restoration of the village is being carried out. Design work is underway for other villages in the Aghdam region. There are 5 neighborhoods in the city itself. Currently, construction work has begun on 66 buildings in neighborhood 2. The first migration to the city of Aghdam is planned for autumn next year. Then, in parallel, after the completion of construction works in other neighborhoods, migration will begin.”
