A petition appeared on the website of the President of Ukraine with a proposal to change the name of the city from Donetsk to Bidenodar. This initiative was taken by the head of the local history association “Ukrainian Movement” of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Andrey Moskal.

This proposal by Moskal sparked a lively response on the Internet.
