Our athlete Vladimir Litvintsev, who represented Azerbaijan, participated in the figure skating competition “Bosphorus Cup” which was held in Istanbul, Turkey, from November 25 to 30.

It was reported that V. Litvintsev scored 225.41 points among 12 athletes and won the gold medal for his performance in the short and free program.
Additionally, Azerbaijan was represented at the competition by Sabina Aliyeva and Leyli Akhundova.
As a result, among 52 athletes, Leyli Akhundova took 26th place with 106.24 points and Sabina Aliyeva took 27th place with 106.12 points.
