A new episode of Baku TV’s “Global Panorama” program has been broadcast.
In this edition of the salon, the role of the Azerbaijani diaspora in diplomacy and its importance in the international arena was discussed.
It was stated that the diaspora factor is important for increasing the international reputation of our country and for the better protection of our national interests. It was also highlighted that the promotion of Azerbaijani truths at the international level is of particular importance in the activities of diaspora organizations:
“Especially, after the Karabakh conflict and the 44-day Patriotic War, the activities of diaspora organizations have intensified. These organizations organize regular events to convey the legitimate position of Azerbaijan to the world community, expose the aggressive policy of Armenia and making speeches in international media. Azerbaijani diaspora organizations also promote national solidarity and act to strengthen and preserve national values.”
It was also noted that diaspora organizations spread the truth of Azerbaijan around the world through various means:
“For this reason, an integral part of his activities is to participate in international events, to be active in the media and on social networks. In particular, to make speeches defending the legitimate position of Azerbaijan in international media and in the academic debates, publishing articles and attracting expert attention to the good cause of Azerbaijan are the main activities of diaspora organizations.”
