The leader of the Popular Party, Alberto Nuñez Feijóodefended the management of president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazonexplaining that the decisions were made based on information from the AEMET and the CHJ; information attributed to central government.
The popular leader expressed his sadness for the victims as well as dissatisfaction with lack of information of the Government during his visit to the Emergency Coordination Center of L’Eliana, Valencia.
Regarding the protocols followed by the public administration regarding DANA, Feijóo confirmed that “No one makes decisions based on information that may be accurate, inaccurate, or could be improved.“.
Furthermore, he also stressed that these decisions “are taken on the basis of information and in accordance with civil protection channels and protocols“.
