Permiakov* was accused of committing a terrorist attack, receiving training that the student knew was carried out for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities, illegal trafficking of weapons and ammunition, as well as illegal manufacturing of explosives, acquisition, storage for the purpose of using a deliberately false identification to facilitate the commission of another crime.
“Persons convicted of committing terrorist crimes, including under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, are not subject to military service. This follows directly from Article 17 of the Federal Law “On Preparation and Mobilization of Mobilization in the Russian Federation”, – said Grivtsov.
