During the night, units of the Azerbaijani army launched devastating artillery attacks on the positions occupied by the Armenian armed forces in our occupied lands.

However, the enemy, suffering a serious defeat on the battlefield, on the fifth day of the war, as on the first four days, takes the conflict beyond the front line, attacking the civilian population. and to civil infrastructure.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reports that Zabil Mahammad oglu Hasanov, born in 1982, died from shrapnel from a projectile that fell on the bus station in the city of Tartar as a result of shelling by the armed forces of the occupying country once again on the areas populated by peaceful Azerbaijanis. population with heavy artillery and the bus station was seriously damaged. In addition, Murshud Rashid oglu Mammadov, born in 1966, and his son Samir Mammadov, born in 1996, were killed by shrapnel that fell on their house in the village of Hajimammadli, Aghdam region, as a result of an attack by the armed forces of the occupying country. Once again they shelled the areas inhabited by the peaceful population of Azerbaijan with heavy artillery and the house in which they lived was severely damaged. A criminal case has been initiated for both events.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that a fire broke out in the house of a citizen in the Gaşalti Garagoyunlu village of Naftalan district as a result of a projectile fired by the Armenian armed forces. A part of the house was protected from the fire thanks to the rapid intervention of the relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of the Interior and Communications, who went to the scene. In addition, in the village of Sahlabad in the Tarter region, an economic facility belonging to a citizen was burned. As the area was under intense fire, firefighters were unable to complete the extinguishing operation. In addition, it was not possible to intervene in the fire that started as a result of a shell falling on the territory of the cemetery in the Tatar region, since the area was under fire.
In addition to this, Jojug Marjanli of Jabrayil district, Horadiz town of Fuzuli district, frontline villages of Goranboy and Aghdam districts are also subject to artillery fire by units of the Armenian armed forces.
However, the enemy’s provocations do not end there. The Armenian army fires missiles into the territory of Azerbaijan from the Gorus region. This is the second attack against Azerbaijan from the territory of Armenia. The first attack was carried out on the fourth day of the war from the Basarkechar region to the Dashkasan region. In contrast to the hostile enemy’s attack on the civilian population and civilian infrastructure, the Azerbaijani army advances by waging war only on the battlefield without harming civilians.
A clear example of this is reflected in the following information released by the Ministry of Defense in the second half of the day:

Armenia’s military and political leaders, who were not reconciled to the defeat, continued to spread erroneous and provocative information. The enemy is especially trying to present sister Türkiye as a party to the conflict, trying to disguise its provocations by confusing the international community.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan responded to this slander against Armenia from the rostrum of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye:
“As Turkey, we will continue to support our Azerbaijani brothers with all our capabilities and with all our hearts. The path to permanent peace in this region is through the withdrawal of Armenians from every inch of Azerbaijani land occupied by them. And the Armenian leaders “They will not save everything and persistently try to smear Turkey.”
