“The investigation into attempted murder, intentional murder and other serious crimes committed in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan between 1992 and 2004 has been renewed.”

According to him, starting in 2005 and in previous years, despite the long investigation launched in the Armed Forces in 1992-2004 into attempted murder, intentional homicide and other serious, especially serious criminal cases, incompetence and, in some cases , , it was not possible to conclude the preliminary investigation of the case due to insufficient activity:
“The criminal cases suspended due to failure to identify the person who should be involved as the accused were studied by experienced employees, the procedures were renewed and in some of them the preliminary investigation continued, definitive decisions were made and with this the investigation began. prior. was completed.”
X. Valiyev stressed that the preliminary investigation of more than 25 criminal cases was completed thanks to the properly established investigation methodology and tactics in the renewed cases, competent investigative actions, professionalism and determination of the investigators, as well as skillfully implemented procedural observance:
“It has been possible to expose the perpetrators of the crime, to give legal assessment to the facts and actions of the individuals.”
