The garbage containers are placed in the middle of the road in the Bina settlement. This has caused legitimate discontent among the citizens.
“That’s not going to happen. A person can drive by and be hit by a car. This must be avoided. At least, it should be placed between neighbourhoods so that the public can use it,” the resident expressed his displeasure.
Erastun Alisoy, executive representative of the Bina settlement, said the problem will be solved soon and the garbage containers will be removed from the area.
