The National Court places on the bench the jihadist from Vitoria who indoctrinated her children

The president of the Central Investigation Court number 1 of the National Court, Francisco De Jorge, opened an oral trial for crimes of self-indoctrination and recruitment for jihadist purposes against the woman of Peruvian origin detained by the Civil Guard in Vitoria a few days ago. a year ago for having broadcast the theses of Daesh, both on the networks and on his own children, four minors to whom he instilled his theses with violence.

In a car to which ABC had access, the judge, after ending the investigation, made him sit on the bench. She is on provisional release with precautionary measures and her children are under the exclusive custody of the father from whom she was separated.

The investigations began due to the 40-year-old woman’s hyperactivity in jihadist propaganda groups and networks, where she published content that she had previously translated on the Internet into several languages, including Russian, to obtain more wide distribution.

When investigators located her and focused on her, they realized she was also indoctrinating children ages 11, 9, 6 and 4, using violence.

After her arrest, she was placed in temporary prison and the minors were placed under the protection of the father, by decision of the judge, once the investigators ruled out her collusion with jihadist ideology and loyalty to Daesh that she had sworn. He faces penalties that could exceed five years in prison.
