“One of our most important projects is the graduate employment qualification project. The main objective of this project is to ensure that both higher education institutions and employers use this platform to make the right decision with applicants and students from the employment perspective during the identification of people suitable for the needs of employees and the selection of qualifications. The job qualification of graduates is determined by 8 parameters.”
Oku.Az reports that these opinions were expressed by Sadiq Aliyev, chairman of the board of directors of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, at the Great Human Rights Summit.
He said that the next project is planned to be implemented in conjunction with the professional development centers of higher education institutions:
“We hold intensive meetings and mini-job fairs with the professional development centers of higher education institutions. 3 projects have been implemented in this direction. The programs implemented and supported by the State Employment Agency create unique opportunities for employers. Because through of our programs, Some financial assistance is provided to employers and, in return, employers cooperate with the State Employment Agency to provide employment to unemployed citizens in accordance with labor market principles.
“Great Return”: we have a project to support entrepreneurs to guarantee employment for the population. “The state has taken important steps to subsidize employers’ insurance premiums over the next 10 years and release its quota of foreign workers within 5 years.”
