This initiative aims provide citizens with the opportunity to resolve all issues related to real estate operationswhether buying, selling or renting properties. COAPI Baleares and Apibalares are committed to continuing to be at the service of Balearic society, making their experience and knowledge available so that users can make informed and safe decisions.
Jose Miguel Artiedapresident of the Official College of Real Estate Agents of the Balearic Islands and Apibaleares, invites all citizens on behalf of the entire board of directors to participate in this day: “We want citizens to feel supported by professionals in any real estate transaction.. The open day will take place on October 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the COAPI Baleares headquarters and Apibalares in Palma (Rue General Riera, 44), and at the points activated in Alaior (C/. Es Ramal 27) and Ibiza (Paseo Vara de Rey, 3).
