The president of the Community of Irrigators of the Pisuerga Canal, Alberto Nebreda, indicated that there were several reasons for the protest. “A sector that was going to stop irrigating by flood and switch to sprinkler irrigation, saving water and making the lifespan of the irrigator more bearable.
