The Badajoz Provincial Prosecutor’s Office appealed the order of Judge Beatriz Biedma who requests that David Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, brother of the president of the government, be declared under investigation next January; and nine other people, including current and former senior officials of the Provincial Council, because it considers that neither the facts attributed to them nor the behavior attributed to them have been sufficiently identified to complete this stage of the investigation.
