Israel attacked targets in western Syria, Israeli media reported.
“The country’s state media reported that Israel carried out strikes against targets in coastal cities in western Syria.” – says The Times of Israel.
Syrian telegram channels report that Syrian air defense systems “actively engaged enemy targets in Latakia, Jebla and Tartus” for more than 40 minutes.
According to Telegram channels, several projectiles were destroyed near Khmeimim, where the Russian air base is located. More than 50 projectiles were shot down “with the support of the Russian army,” according to the report.
