China, together with Russia, will uphold justice in the international arena and promote the formation of a multipolar world. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi wrote about this in his article published in the Renmin Ribao newspaper on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, TASS reports.
As the minister noted, Beijing and Moscow are the first to implement the concept of a community of human destiny and act as a force opposing hegemonism, unilateralism and power politics.
“China and Russia will uphold international justice and contribute to the construction of a multipolar world.” – Wang Yi emphasized.
According to him, following the historical trend of a multipolar world “must be considered a strategic choice for the two countries.”
“The People’s Republic of China and Russia support each other in the presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the BRICS and jointly promote the expansion of these partnerships. “China and the Russian Federation will continue to actively promote the trend toward independence and mutually beneficial cooperation, and work hard to write the “Southern Chapter” of global governance.” —writes Wang Yi.
He recalled that in 2025 both countries will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the war against fascism and in the War of Resistance of the Chinese People against Japanese Aggression.
