The Czech industrial and technological holding Checoslovak Group signed a package of cooperation documents with the Ukrainian arms company Ukrainian Armor. Local media reported this on October 2.
It should be noted that the package also includes an agreement on the licensed production of 155 caliber artillery ammunition. According to media reports, the production of shells will begin in 2025. Representative of the company “Ukrainian Armored Vehicles” Vladislav Belbas reported that next year, thanks to the Czech license, it is planned to produce 100 thousand 155 mm shells, and in 2026 300 thousand.
Let us remember that the Czech Republic condemns Russia’s actions in Ukraine and firmly supports kyiv. Since February 2022, the Czech holding Checoslovak Group has already sent between 150 and 160 armored vehicles to Kyiv.
