THE Civil and criminal division of the Superior Court of Justice from Madrid rejected the appeal filed by the public prosecutor against the decision of article 30 of the Provincial Court by which the lessor was acquitted Rafael Amargo crimes of which they were accused, as LaSexta learned.
Likewise, the producer was acquitted Eduardo de Santos and Manuel Ángel Batista León, better known as “La Cubita‘. However, this resolution is not final and it is possible to file the corresponding appeal before the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court, the competent chamber in criminal matters.
