The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published official information on military operations in the Kursk region.

It is stated that the units of the Northern group of forces continued their actions to defeat the enemy group that had penetrated the territory of the Kursk region.
Units of the 21st, 22nd and 115th mechanized air assault brigades, 17th tank brigades, 82nd and 95th brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 1st Brigade of the National Guard, the 36th Marine Brigade and the 129th Defense Brigade Territorial in the areas of the settlements of Darino, Lyubimovka, Novy Put, Nikolaevo-Daryino and Plekhovo.
It is also reported that the enemy attempted five times to cross the border of the Russian Federation in the direction of the Novy Put settlement. Crossing the state border is not permitted.
“Army aviation strikes and artillery fire damaged concentrations of manpower and equipment of the 22nd, 41st, 61st and 115th mechanized, 17th tank, 80th and 95th air assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 1st Brigade of the National Guard, the 36th Marine Brigade, as well as the 112th and 129th Territorial Defense Brigades in the areas of Bogdanovka, Daryino, Zeleny Shlyakh, Lyubimovka, Martynovka, Melovy, Nikolo-Daryino , Novoivanovka, Novy Put, Orlovka, Plekhovo, Pokrovsky, Russkoe Porechnoe, Sverdlikovo, Tolsty Lug, Cherkasskoe Porechnoye and Yuzhny.” – says the report.
In addition, operational and tactical aviation and missile forces attacked assembly areas in the Sumy region and reserves of the 21st, 41st, 47th and 115th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the 1st brigade of the National guard. as 101st and 103rd territorial defense brigades in the areas of the settlements of Velikiy Bobrik, Velikaya Chernetchina, Glukhov, Makeevka, Obody, Pavlovka, Peremoga, Rechki, Sklyarovka, Studenok and Ulanovo.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this sector of the front in one day amounted to more than 300 servicemen, four armored fighting vehicles and six artillery pieces, including two Paladin self-propelled artillery. US-made mounts, a Swedish-made Archer self-propelled artillery mount, and three cars.
In total, during the fighting in the Kursk direction, the enemy lost more than 19,850 servicemen, 135 tanks, 66 infantry fighting vehicles, 98 armored personnel carriers, 864 armored fighting vehicles, 577 vehicles, 162 artillery pieces and 33 multiple launch launchers. rocket systems, including eight US-made HIMARS and six MLRS, nine anti-aircraft missile system launchers, five transport and cargo vehicles, 40 electronic warfare stations, nine counterbattery radars, three air defense radars, 19 engineering units and other equipment, of which 11 engineering cleaning vehicles, a missile cleaning facility (77), as well as two armored repair and recovery vehicles.
