These activities provided participants with the opportunity to directly experience the benefits of each routine to turn them into habits. The day ended with a Ikebana workshopthe Japanese art of flower arranging, symbolizing balance and beauty through simplicity. This activity reinforced the idea that well-being flourishes when small moments of self-care are cultivated.
