President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev The King of Malaysia sent a letter of congratulations to Sultan Ibrahim.
AZERTAC reports that the congratulatory letter reads:
“On the occasion of Malaysia’s national holiday, Independence Day, I am pleased to congratulate you and all your people in your person, on my behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.
We attach particular importance to the development and strengthening of friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Malaysia. I believe that we will make joint efforts to successfully continue our interstate relations and cooperation in accordance with the interests of our peoples. I hope that we will closely cooperate with Malaysia in the fight against climate change within the framework of COP29, which will be held in Baku in November.
On such a happy day, I wish good health, happiness, success in your work and continued prosperity to the friendly people of Malaysia.”
