Oku.Az TASS reports that the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Sergey Naryshkin, told reporters in Baku.
“Russia, of course, welcomes and supports Azerbaijan’s observer status in the SCO and closer interaction between this country and the BRICS group of states. Azerbaijan knows this very well,” Naryshkin noted.
