“In the Kurchatov area, a Ukrainian aircraft-type UAV was suppressed using electronic warfare. As a result of its fall, explosions occurred in an outbuilding that was not related to the Kursk nuclear power plant. “Emergency services are already on scene.” — wrote the governor of the Kursk region on the Telegram channel Alexei Smirnov.
Earlier, the Mash telegram channel reported on the attempt of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack the Kursk nuclear power plant.
“According to our information, the air defense responded to a French aerial bomb at 4:20 p.m. that fell five kilometers from the station; “Now there’s a fire there.” — TK wrote.
Meanwhile, the operator of the Russian nuclear power plants reported on the uninterrupted operation of the nuclear power plant.
“At 17:30 on October 3, the Kursk NPP is operating normally. The third power unit is operating at the power set in the dispatch schedule. The fourth power unit is undergoing scheduled repair. The first and second units are in non-generation operation mode. Radiation background within the limits of natural (natural) values”, — reports Rosenergoatom.
