The Russian Defense Ministry reported on October 3 that the Russian army liberated the city of Ugledar in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“As a result of the decisive actions of the units of the Vostok troop group, the village of Ugledar of the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated.” – he stated in the ministry.
