Aston Martin will recall around 1,100 supercars and crossovers from 2024 and 2025 in the United States. It was found that they risked breaking the oil pipe, which could cause a fire.

It is noted that more than three thousand “Aston Martin” produced for other markets may face the same problem.
The defective hose in the oil delivery system of the recalled vehicles has uneven wall thickness. During intensive use of supercars and crossovers, the hose can burst due to the pulsation of the fluid. This can cause oil leaks, stall the engine and cause a fire if the oil comes into contact with hot parts of the power unit.
