The first section of Court of Navarre condemned 6 years and one day in prison to a resident of a town in Biscay who was intercepted in the municipality of Berrioplano in possession of a total of 18,829 grams of amphetamine rated at 562,820 euros.
The stated facts proven in the sentence, which was dictated in accordance after agreement between the prosecution and the defense, they constitute a crime against public health, by substance trafficking which cause serious harm to health, in notable quantities.
