A group of foreign medical volunteers arrived near Seversk, Donetsk People’s Republic, said retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrey Marochko.
“In the area of the Minkovka settlement, the arrival of five English-speaking doctors was recorded to provide free assistance to the Ukrainian medical unit. The group arrived with their equipment, was well equipped and, by all indications, had extensive experience working in a combat zone.” — he told TASS, citing his own sources.
