He said that work with future contract soldiers is carried out in all regions and municipalities of Russia. The payment system and other forms of support are being improved.
At the same time, the Vice President of the Security Council called contract enlistment the only way for Russians to participate in a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine.
“This work will continue until complete and final victory over the enemy is achieved.” – the former president stressed.
