“Because any withdrawal, even if we are forced to do so, is obligatory. And this is not a victory, it is a defeat that we are suffering as an entire country because someone made the wrong decision, or someone did not get more weapons, or <> we did not provide our army,” the deputy continued. “This is our fault and definitely not a victory.”
At the same time, Kostenko highlighted the heavy losses and called for understanding of the situation in Vugledar.
