The driver of an ISUZU tow truck who violated the rules of cargo transportation was detained at the stationary post of the State Traffic Police Department (BDYPI), located in the territory of the Yevlakh district.

It was reported that the actions of Nadir Hasanov, the Moscow resident who was driving the car, aroused suspicion during the document check, so he underwent a medical examination.
During the examination and investigation it was established that N. Hasanov was driving the car under the influence of drugs, and that he had repeated the same act during the year.
A report on N. Hasanov was drawn up and sent to the court for consideration. According to the court’s decision, he was placed under administrative detention with restriction of the right to drive for two years.
