Two North Africans jailed for 15-hour kidnapping of man who ran away saying he needed to go to the toilet

Khalid He was also sentenced to five years in prison for the kidnapping and the same fine for the injuries caused to the victim. Furthermore, both were ordered to jointly compensate the victim to the amount of 6,000 euros in respect of civil liability.

Rage He was sentenced, as an accomplice to the kidnapping, to two and a half years in prison and a fine of 450 euros for the injuries, but the TSJA allowed his appeal because, although he lived as a squatter in the house where was the illegal detention took place, it did not take place. A fourth accused, Mouhssin A.was sentenced to two years in prison for drug trafficking.
