Fedorov noted that the subjects of mobilization were mainly men who were forced to obtain Russian passports. He stressed that in the last two and a half years, living in the occupied territories without this document has become extremely dangerous: people face threats to their lives and health. This turns the passportization process into a coercive measure that the Russian occupation authorities are actively using.
“After conscription, citizens are sent to occupied Crimea or Novorossiysk. However, this cannot be called complete training.
