The Limited Liability Company (MMC) “Medistyle” (MediStyle Hospital) has been appealed to the court.
According to “Gaynarinfo”, the well-known anesthesiologist and reanimatologist Haji-Hasanli Zafar Ismayil oghlu filed a lawsuit with the Narimanov District Court for “salary claim” because he could not receive his salary from the “MediStyle Hospital”.
The trial will take place under the presidency of Judge Sabina Nuriyeva.
It should be noted that Zafar Haji-Hasanli worked as an anesthesiologist-reanimatologist at the Central Customs Hospital in the period 2010-2014, and at the “MediStyle Hospital” since 2014.
It should be noted that the “MediStyle Hospital”, which supposedly belongs to the Deputy Minister of Emergencies, Lieutenant General of the medical service Faig Taghizadeh, was for a long time headed by his nephew Imran Agayev. He is also the founder of the clinic. Currently, the legal representative of “MediStyle” LLC is Ramil Ahmadov Famil oglu, who works as a urologist-andrologist in the clinic.
