Against the background of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, “Telegram” experienced unprecedented load, which caused temporary problems in the operation of the messenger.
Oku.Az RBC reports that the “Telegram” team published information about this.
“Due to recent events in the Middle East, particularly in Israel, Lebanon and Iran, Telegram has experienced unprecedented load. In recent days, some users may experience temporary connection problems and difficulties accessing media files.
“Thanks to the efforts of our technical team, ‘Telegram’ remains available in most countries and all issues have been completely resolved,” the statement reads.
It should be noted that on October 1, a large-scale malfunction occurred in “Telegram”: it was not possible to send messages, the information on the “Telegram” channels was not updated. The difficulties arose in the context of Iran’s massive missile attack on Israel. According to information from the “Jerusalem Post”, at that time Iran fired about 500 rockets.
A day ago there was a failure in the operation of “Telegram”. According to information from the “Downdetector” service, the first complaints about the unstable operation of the messenger began to be received at 14:29 Baku time. The problem lasted several hours.
