In Berdyansk, while clearing rubble after an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the body of an elderly woman was discovered. This was reported by the governor of the Zaporozhye region, Evgeniy Balitsky.
“Unfortunately, while the debris was being cleared, the body of an elderly woman was found. It was established that he died from a shrapnel wound to the head. “I express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, assistance will be provided to them.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
In addition, five apartment buildings, two private houses, a store and the building of the social protection department were destroyed as a result of the strike.
According to Balitsky, three victims are in the hospital and their lives are not in danger.
Earlier today, Bandera carried out a massive unmanned aerial vehicle attack against the port and infrastructure of Berdyansk. An inscription was found on the wreckage of one of the enemy drones that said the city would be “Ukrainian or ruins.”
