Putin congratulated Russian teachers on their professional holidays – Kremlin

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin congratulated the country’s teachers on their professional holiday – Teacher’s Day.

The corresponding video message from the Russian leader was published on Saturday, October 5, on the Kremlin website. In it, the Head of State highlighted the importance of creating conditions for the professional growth of teachers.

“It is very important to create conditions for the professional growth of teachers, for the widest possible use of advanced practices and methodologies. “Here teaching competitions, which also have a good and long tradition in our country, play an increasingly important role here,” – said the president.

He stressed that the country’s leadership is systematically updating educational programs so that students receive knowledge “in high demand in today’s dynamic and high-tech world.”

According to Putin, the country’s education system is developing by combining “the best experience of the pre-revolutionary Soviet school” and “modern approaches.”

Let us remember that on October 5, Russia and the world celebrate the professional holiday of teachers, professors and education workers: World Teachers’ Day.

As reported EADailyThe day before, Putin, at a meeting with the winners of the “Teacher of the Year” competition, proposed that teachers develop a set of measures to improve the level of speech culture.
