He President of the Popular Party of Castile and Leon, Alfonso Fernández Mañuecoregretted this Saturday that the new political course, which his party inaugurated in an event led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo in the city of Pontevedra, Cotobade, begins “as the previous one ended”: “With the lies, incompetence and inefficiency of the Sánchez Government.
For this reason, and in statements collected by Ical, Mañueco assured from Galicia that The Popular Party will “defend the freedom, equality and justice of all Spaniards”, given that “privileges cannot be granted in favour of the independentists at the expense of all of Spain”.
He thus reiterated the defense that his party, and specifically of Castilla y León, will defend for “equality among all Spaniards and the freedom of all Spaniards.” Thus, and after thanking Feijóo and the president of the PP of Galicia, Alfonso Rueda, for their invitation to attend the inauguration of the political course of the Popular Party in Cotobade (Pontevedra), Mañueco concluded: “We are going to say loud and clear that In Spain we need a government that governs effectively and for all“.
This last idea coincided with that expressed, in his opening speech of the political course, by the national president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, who called this Saturday for a “political change” in Spain to overthrow the Moncloa Palace, “the worst president in history” and promote a “change of priorities and attitudes” to put an end to the “degeneration” that the PSOE is causing, according to him.
