Justice opened this case following a report made by a former member of the FNAF-CGT authorities. Johnny Neto wrote to the Bobigny prosecutor’s office in June 2018 to denounce uses that he considers contrary to his conception of activism. The letter to the prosecutor describes a “family clan”made up of the Hucks, father and son, in addition to their respective companions, who would have cut off the federation to fill their pockets. Incidentally, several of his colleagues would have benefited from these donations. “Mafia abuses”thundered Mmy Cédric Alpée, one of Mr. Neto’s lawyers, during the trial that took place on September 20 and 21.

Discussions during the criminal hearing focused mainly on two alleged crimes. The first refers to the purchase in 2015 of a house in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) by an organization collaborating with the FNAF, for just over 400,000 euros. For approximately three years, the home was available to Julien Huck and his partner free of charge, without this benefit being declared in kind.

The court today considers that it was a “abuse of confidence” with damages (for the owner organization) related to non-payment of rent. On the other hand, the acquisition of the property itself was not irregular, since it did not entail a loss of income, according to the magistrates: the operation can even be considered profitable, since accommodation has become more expensive. worth.

“Lots of relaxation”

Second alleged infraction that drew a lot of attention from the court: the payment of compensation to Alfred Huck and two former directors of the FNAF. These “compensations”, of between 37,000 and 98,000 euros, according to the interested parties, for the period 2015-2019, served to compensate the three men who had continued to lend a hand to their organization even though they had retired.
