The Prosecutor’s Office is asking for 26 years in prison for each of the parents for the crime of attempted murder, with the aggravating circumstance of kinship, as reported by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.
The public prosecutor relates in its indictment that the defendants were beaten violently and repeatedly in the head and body of his daughter between November 22 and 27, 2018.
He also maintains that they “knew and accepted” the high probability that these blows could have caused the death of the minor. So much so that, six years later, the young girl has consequences following the attack and he is still in therapy.
