Complainant Mushfiq Ibrahimov He expressed these thoughts in his statement to our website:
“I am the project management director of the House of Azerbaijan in Poland. I came to Baku for a visit. Yesterday afternoon my fiancée and I sat in the branch of the aforementioned restaurant chain on Nizami Street. We ordered soup mushrooms, lahmacun and shawarma. When my fiancee was starting to eat, a pin came out of her shawarma. Her tooth broke or there was poisoning from a rusty pin. a coincidence. It’s not about payment at all, the strategies of approaching the customer and accepting their mistakes are also wrong. I mentioned that I don’t accept mistakes in the food sector, because it’s about the health of thousands of people.
The restaurant chain “Shaurma N1” responded to our question as follows: “We will open the cameras and investigate, appropriate action will be taken.”
In response to our query, the press service of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AFSA) said that the mentioned problem has been controlled and investigations have been started:
“Consumers should report unpleasant situations they have encountered with food products to the Food Safety Agency’s “1003” hotline. Immediately after receiving the request, it will be investigated and legal action will be taken.”
