In the Agstafa district, complaints were made about cases of abuse of the position of daycare director.
According to Khezerxeber.az, kindergarten number 1 in the Vurgun settlement, Aghstafa district, is under repair.
Major repair work is being carried out at the nursery. Together with the babies, the group took refuge in an old house of a resident of the settlement. Conditions are missing here. In addition, the owner of said house has chickens, dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, pigeons and other animals on his property. Children also participate in education under these conditions.
The accusations also concern the director of the training center, Fatapur Afaq. Several daycare employees claim that the director abuses his authority and commits arbitrariness.
Complainant Aygül Rahimova said that the boss fired her for no reason. According to their claim, the union said that they were unaware of this decision by the manager, an official document was even presented. The former employee, who is currently deprived of the right to vacation, says that he has submitted a request on the issue to law enforcement agencies and other relevant structures.
Saida Mammadova, a seasonal daycare worker, said that although she applied for a job related to the housekeeper vacancy at the institution, she received a rejection from the director for no reason.
Gulnur Guliyeva, director of the educational institution, expressed another shocking statement. According to their claims, the boss signed false signatures on the invoices in place of his employee, repeating his signature.
We tried to know the opinion of the aforementioned manager on the subject. However, the director of the training center, Fatapur Afaq, refused to appear on camera.
The head of the press service of the Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Department of Education, Najiba Valiyeva, said that an investigation is being carried out on the director, about whom different accusations have been made:
“Depending on the outcome, appropriate measures will be taken. According to him, the daycare center has been closed for repairs since September 16, 2024. To ensure the continuity of the teaching-learning process in connection with the repairs, the daycare center will be has been temporarily moved to another building on the territory of the settlement, in agreement with the relevant organizations.”
