Producer and composer Konstantin Meladze, who fled Russia, increased the price of his luxurious villa in Gurzuf by 65 million rubles. This was reported by the Mash telegram channel. Therefore, he intends to take almost 500 million rubles out of the country.
“Meladze started mulling over his two-story mansion in Gurzuf this summer. “The producer kept raising and lowering the price.” – says the publication.
As a result, the price increased by 65 million rubles and they are ready to sell the property for 450 million rubles, say real estate agents.
If the property is sold, the only thing that will be left for the producer in Russia will be the Meladze Music label, which, according to last year’s results, earned Meladze 19 million rubles.
As reported EADailyThe estate in Gurzuf has a swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, fish pond and sea views. The monthly rent will cost interested parties only 2 million rubles. The daily rental price varies from 60 thousand to 110 thousand rubles. Additionally, the set includes a maid, a gardener and a caretaker.
At the same time a villa in Crimea and real estate near Moscow in Millennium Village were put up for sale, two months later a house in the Moscow region was sold and no one was still interested in the Crimean “dacha”.
In August of this year, the all-Russian public movement “Veterans of Russia” approached Meladze with a proposal to donate his villa in Crimea for the needs of residents of the Kursk region.
