A serious traffic accident occurred in Goygol.
According to APA, the incident occurred on the stretch of the Goygol-Toganali-Kalbajar highway that passes through Ashigli village in the region.
A moving Mercedes-Benz car collided with a VAZ-2115 car.
Five people were injured as a result of the incident: R.Ahmadov, 34 years old, P.Mirzayev, 29 years old, E.Israfilov, 27 years old, G.Jalilova, 45 years old, and 66 years old. Old M.Jalilova is in moderate condition.
According to preliminary information, the cause of the accident was that one of the cars did not perform the overtaking operation correctly.
The incident is being investigated.
